Refund Policy
1. Monthly subscription
The subscription is monthly, with no contract. Cancellation is self-service in the app (Subscription → Card, invoices, cancellation) and takes effect at the end of the month already paid — the plan keeps working until then, and there is no further charge afterwards. No penalty, no exit fee.
We approve a refund for the current month when the service failed to deliver what the plan promises (articles were not written or published due to a fault on our side). Send your request within 30 days of the charge. A partially used month in which the service worked correctly is not refunded — cancel instead, and the plan expires at the end of the period.
2. One-off credits
Purchased credits never expire and do not renew. Unused credits are refunded in full on request within 30 days of purchase. Used credits (the article was written) are not refunded — but when generation fails through our fault, the credit is returned to your account automatically, no request needed.
3. How to request a refund
Write to office@inowara.com from the account's email address with a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days; an approved refund reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
4. Who charges and who refunds
Billing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — Paddle issues the invoices and executes refunds, so you can also request one directly through Paddle's purchase confirmation email. The refund decision under this policy is ours.
