Connection check before the first publish
Once the credentials are in, we press verify and WordPress tells us which account we are signed in as. If something is wrong you see it immediately, not on publishing day.

The shortest path if you already run WordPress. You install nothing and you never hand over your account password — only an application password you can revoke in one click.
What we need from you
- Your site address (for example https://yoursite.com).
- The username of a WordPress account allowed to publish.
- An application password from Users → Profile → Application Passwords.
What lands on the destination
- Title and body with H2/H3 structure, lists and an FAQ block
- SEO title and meta description (the description also becomes the excerpt)
- Featured image with alt text
- Post category and tags from the keywords, created if missing
- Article slug and publish date from our calendar
How it works
The publishing flow, step by step
Images first, text second
Every image in the article is uploaded to your media library first, and only then is the post written pointing at those new URLs. The published article never depends on our server.
Draft or straight to live
Your call. Draft means the article waits for you inside WordPress. Published means it goes out at the scheduled time, without you clicking anything.
Edits update the same post
If we correct the text later, WordPress receives a new version of the same post. No duplicate is created and the article URL stays the same.
Limits
What this integration does not do
It's on the page on purpose. Better seen now than after the first publish.
- Yoast and Rank Math store SEO data in plugin-specific fields we do not fill. The SEO title becomes the post title and the meta description becomes the excerpt.
- Some hosting in CGI mode strips the Authorization header, so WordPress sees a request with no credentials. Our error message names the exact two lines to add to .htaccess.
- A security plugin or Cloudflare Bot Fight Mode can block /wp-json. That is fixed on the site with a single exception rule.
FAQ
Common questions — WordPress
Do I have to install a plugin?
No. We use the official WordPress REST API, which is already enabled. There is no plugin to maintain or update.
Can you see my password?
No. An application password is a separate key WordPress generates for a single integration, and you can revoke it without changing your own password. We store it encrypted.
What happens if I delete the integration?
We stop publishing and delete the stored key. Everything already published stays on your site, because it is your content.
